    • The invention relates to a heat shield element (26), with a longitudinal axis (43) and a transverse axis (45). The heat shield element (26) comprises a wall (47) with a hot side (35), having a hot side surface (55) in contact with a hot medium (M) and a cold side opposite the hot side (35). The wall (47) has a first wall section (47A) and a second wall section (47B) adjacent to the first wall section (47A) along the longitudinal axis (43). The hot side surface (55) comprises a surface region (57A, 57B), at least in the first wall section (47A), with a curved surface contour along the longitudinal axis (43) and the transverse axis (45). A form reinforcement is thus achieved for the heat shield element (26) which has favourable vibration properties. The invention further relates to a combustion chamber (4) clad with said heat shield elements and a gas turbine (1) with a combustion chamber (4).

    • The invention relates to a combustion chamber (4) of a gas turbine (1), inside of which a supplied fuel is reacted with supplied combustion air in order to produce a working medium (M). The inside of the combustion chamber wall (24) is provided with a lining formed from a number of heat shield elements (26). The or each heat shield element (26), together with the combustion chamber wall (24), forms an interior space (27) that can be subjected to the action of a coolant (K). The aim of the invention is to provide a combustion chamber with a comparatively simple design that has a high system efficiency. To this end, the invention provides that a flow element (49) is placed in the respective interior space (27) while serving to effect a locally specific control of the flow of coolant.

According to the invention, a compact diffuser (15) and an economical gas turbine (1) with an improved flow for the diversion of cooling air may be achieved, whereby the annular dividing element (35), arranged coaxially to the rotor (5), comprises at least one opening, facing the fluid flow and the dividing element (35) is supported on the diffuser (15), by means of several hollow rib-like support elements (53, 55), by means of which the cooling fluid, diverted through the opening, is first directed towards the rotor (5).
