    • The invention concerns a flat block of components and an apparatus, as well as a connection system for connecting at least one contact of at least one flat block of components to an apparatus. One conductive connecting element is connected in electroconductive manner to said contact. A clamping device is connected in electroconductive manner to the apparatus. Therefor, the clamping device is designed to produce an electroconductive connection, between the apparatus and the contact of the flat block of components, via the connecting element. The invention is characterized in that this problem is solved by the fact that the connection element connected to the contact is in the form of a more rigid conductor and that the connection element penetrates directly the clamping device element of the apparatus and is thereby directly connected to the clamping device.

    • Devices with high-frequency signal transmission cannot be used everywhere due to physical-technical or authorization reasons or over-occupancy of the propagation medium. The disclosed device overcomes these limitations and additionally enables determination of the position of active subscribers. A code spread signal transmission has been envisaged. The device can be advantageously used in areas fully surrounded by metal coverings and in which security requirements in terms of the whereabouts of the subscribers exist.
