摘要： Solid medicament forms, such as granules, beads and tablets, are first coated with a hot aqueous dispersion of a cellulose ether, which is soluble in cold water but insoluble in hot water, and then subjected to a wax treatment with heating to form a masking layer of the wax. Different from the coating film of a cellulose ether formed by using an aqueous or organic solution of the cellulose ether, the coating film formed by using the aqueous dispersion of the cellulose ether has a porous structure so that the amount of the wax deposited in the wax treatment is much larger than in the prior art methods to exhibit a high effect of masking the bitterness of the ingredient contained in the medicament form.

摘要： Different from conventional sustained-release granular solid medicament form of which each granule has a structure formed of a core granule containing a pharmaceutically effective ingredient and a coating layer thereon for controlling the releasing rate of the effective ingredient, each granule of the inventive medicament form has a structure formed of a core granule mainly composed of an excipient and a coating layer thereon of a cellulose ether insoluble in hot water and the pharmaceutically effective ingredient is contained in the coating layer of the cellulose ether. The granules are prepared by coating core granules of an excipient with a coating liquid which is a hot aqueous dispersion of a powdery cellulose ether insoluble in hot water and contains the pharmaceutically effective ingredient dissolved or dispersed therein. If necessary, the granules are provided with an overcoating layer of a wax-like material to further improve the controllability of the releasing rate of the effective ingredient.

摘要： A coating base for pharmaceutical film, which comprises lowly polymerized cellulose ether, preferably a highly white one prepared by causticizing a pulp with a copper number of 0.4 g or less, adding an etherifying agent thereto to form a highly polymerized cellulose ether, purifying the ether with hot water, drying by heat, grinding, and depolymerizing. It is preferable that the lowly polymerized cellulose ether be one having a viscosity of 20 cSt or less as a 2 % aqueous solution thereof at 20 °C. The ether is selected among methylcellulose, hydroxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, and hydroxybutylmethylcellulose. The highly white, lowly polymerized cellulose ether is obtained by drying the highly polymerized cellulose ether kept at 40 to 80 °C in an inert gas or oxygen-deficient atmosphere kept at 100 °C or below into a moisture content of 1 to 5 wt% and grinding the dried ether on an impact grinder within one min.

摘要： Nouveau procédé efficace permettant d'éliminer les dépôts d'incrustations de polymères sur la paroi d'un réacteur pendant la polymérisation d'un monomère vinylique, notamment une suspension de polymérisation d'un chlorure vinylique, consistant à appliquer une solution de revêtement aqueuse contenant (a) un métal alcalin ou un sel d'ammonium de matière colorante du type à l'acide sulfonique ou du type à l'acide carboxylique ou un acide organique sulfonique ou carboxylique possédant au moins une paire de doubles liaisons conjuguées par molécule (b) de l'alcool de polyvinyle dans une proportion spécifique et à un pH ne dépassant pas 7, cette solution étant appliquée sur la paroi d'un réacteur avant d'exécuter la polymérisation. Dans la polymérisation en suspension du chlorure de vinyle, un procédé conventionnel utilisant même un péroxyde organgique possédant une solubilité comparativement élevée dans l'eau en tant qu'initiateur de polymérisation provoque inévitablement le dépôt d'importantes incrustations de polymères, alors que la présente invention permet l'utilisation d'un initiateur permettant d'obtenir d'excellents produits de résine de chlorure de polyvinyle tout en empêchant la formation d'incrustations.
