    • The present invention relates to an arrangement and method for supporting an element (1) from a mounting base (8) by at least one elongated support arm (3) provided with an external helical thread (2). For this purpose at least one locking means (4) is arranged to at least one optional location on the elongated support arm (3) provided with the external helical thread (2), the locking means being, in turn, guided into at least one jointing member (5) provided in the element. Hence the support arm (3) projects from the element (1 ) towards the mounting base (8) in the position of use of the element. The projection of the support arm (3) is then adjustable by a rotating movement accomplished in relation to the longitudinal axis of the support arm. The element set approximately into a desired height position, together with its projecting support arms, is placed against the mounting base, after which the precise position of the element may be adjusted by rotating the support arm in relation to the locking means. Finally, the support arm is fastened to the mounting base by a fastening means.

    • The present invention relates to an arrangement in a drain trap, especially in a floor drain (1). This type of floor drain comprises an interior (4) surrounded by a frame (2) and having a flange (5) and bottom (6). Water flows into the floor drain from a drainage aperture (3) opposite the bot¬ tom and from side inlets (7) in the shell, and the water ex¬ its through an outlet (8). The end of this no-return pipe on the drainage aperture side comprises a drainage flange (12) that settles substantially tightly on the inner surface (13) in the interior of the shell. The no-return pipe then comprises at least on part of the outer edge (14) of the drainage flange (12) a support collar (22) that extends toward the bottom and is arranged to interact with a support edge (23) extending from the shell- toward the interior.
