摘要： A telephone (1) which is capable of being used in a hands-free mode, wherein the telephone comprises: a telephone handset (2); and a hands-free lever (3) which is attached to the telephone handset and which is moveable between a first position in which the hands-free lever is stored adjacent the handset and a second position (6) in which the hands-free lever is capable of being positioned behind or around an ear of a user such that the telephone handset can be suspended from the ear thereby allowing the telephone to be used in hands-free mode.
