    • An apparatus including a chassis assembly having a housing, a spindle rotatably mounted to the housing, a spring collar rotatably mounted to the housing, a first biasing element rotationally urging the spindle toward a spindle home position, and a second biasing element rotationally urging the spring collar toward a spring collar home position. The apparatus may further include a handle mounted on the chassis such that the chassis biases the handle to a handle home position with a return torque. The handle is engaged with the spindle such that the first biasing element contributes to the return torque. In certain embodiments, the handle may further be engaged with the spring collar such that the second biasing element contributes to the return torque.

    • A lock re-pinning assembly including two or more housings and a mounting block. Each housing is configured for use with a corresponding one of a plurality of lock cylinder shells. Each of the housings includes a cylindrical chamber and a channel. The chamber is configured to receive the body of the corresponding shell, and the channel is configured to receive the tower of the corresponding shell. The mounting block includes a mounting block having two or more sections. Each section is configured for use with a corresponding one of a plurality of lock cylinder plugs. Each section includes a cavity configured to receive an end of at least one of the housings, and a cylindrical follower bar having a diameter substantially equal to a diameter of the corresponding plug. Each of the housings is releasably engageable with the mounting block at each of the plurality of sections.

    • A lock device that prevents operation of at least one chassis spindle from retracting a latch bolt, and which may provide auto-unlock features. Locking of the lock device can effectuate linear displacement of a slider body from an unlocked position to a locked position. Linear displacement of the slider body is translated into rotational displacement of a cam body that includes, or is coupled to, a locking shaft having a cam protrusion, thereby rotating the cam protrusion. As the cam protrusion rotates, the cam protrusion lifts a locking lug to a locked position wherein the locking lug prevents rotational displacement of a first chassis spindle. When in the locked position, a slider arm of the slider body can be positioned in a retention slot. Subsequent rotable displacement of a second chassis spindle can effectuate displacement of the slider arm from the retention slot and facilitate unlocking of the lock device.
