摘要： A portable access token comprising: memory configured to store simultaneously information relating to a plurality of access rights for a corresponding plurality of matters and configured to store a credit value; a processor for causing information to be stored in the memory, for retrieving information from the memory and for processing information; and a transponder for receiving incoming signals and transmitting response signals; the processor being adapted, in response to an incoming signal relating to access for a particular matter of the plurality of matters, to store information in the memory or update information stored in the memory relating to the particular matter and wherein the processor is adapted to adjust the credit value by an amount dependent on a value for the particular matter.
