摘要： The present invention relates to a fixing device for a cargo hold insulation panel, and an insulation panel using the fixing device. The fixing device comprises: a fixing plate attached to one side of an insulation panel; a plurality of fixing brackets provided on the fixing plate in such a way as to protrude outward, the protruding portions being fixed to stud bolts provided on a ship body; and coupling means for coupling each of the fixing brackets to the fixing plate. In this way, the continuity of insulation panels can be improved; bonding and sealing with a member such as a supple triplex can be improved; vertical and horizontal alignment between neighboring insulation panels can be easily performed; and, by making fixing brackets retractable, damage from catching on other objects during transport of insulation panels and transporting difficulties can be avoided.

摘要： The present invention concerns a metal membrane for a low-temperature-fluid storage tank wherein horizontal and vertical creases are formed and both creases intersect each other. In the intersection of the creases, a bidirectional elastic member connected to each crease is formed so that the creases can be horizontally and vertically elastic. The bidirectional elastic member protrudes and is shaped like either a pyramid, a dome or a cross. Each metal membrane is welded into a unit panel and the edge of each metal membrane is welded with the common edge of another adjacent metal membrane to keep a cargo warehouse air-tight, and ultra-low-temperature LNG is stored inside the cargo warehouse, so when the metal membrane contracts due to thermal deviation, the present invention reduces plane rigidity and, at the same time, equalizes plane rigidity of two intersecting directions. Accordingly, durability is increased, air-tightness is maintained and storage of low-temperature liquid is stabilized, regardless of extreme thermal deviation. Furthermore, fabrication of the storage tank is improved because the present metal membrane is easily clamped by a clamping unit of a welding robot or a transfer device.

摘要： The present invention relates to a reinforcement member for a membrane for improving the pressure endurance of the membrane having a corrugated portion, and to a membrane assembly having same and a construction method for same. The membrane is arranged on a heat insulation structure of the liquefied natural gas cargo and has a corrugated portion. The reinforcement member for the membrane is interposed between the heat insulation structure and the corrugated portion of the membrane to increase the strength of the corrugated portion. The reinforcement member of the present invention is capable of preventing the collapse of the corrugated portion and reducing impacts to the same load even without increasing the surface strength of the corrugated portion. The reinforcement member of the present invention has a heat insulation layer for improving heat insulation efficiency.

摘要： The present invention is a corner panel for a liquefied natural gas cargo tank and is comprised of a main unit which forms a corner of the tank, and a stress distribution portion that reduces the concentration of stress on the main unit due to its formation as a curvature within the main unit. The invention prevents concentration of physical or thermal stress on the hull of a liquefied natural gas cargo tank and eliminates the possibility of destruction of the secondary barrier due to such stress concentration. The secondary barrier is also formed in curvature, and such construction allows the reduction of the thickness of the primary barrier due to the reduction of stress and improves the reliability of the secondary barrier by making the use of a hard wood key or plywood board unnecessary, and enabling a great reduction in weight in comparison to conventional cargo tank corner units.
