The LBO service support method according to the present invention comprises: a first step in which a terminal connected to a femtocellsbase station transmits a PDN connection request message including identification information of the terminal to a mobility management entity via a femtocell base station gateway, for forming a bearer with a femto PDN gateway connected to an LBO network; a second step in which the mobility management entity transmits a bearer creation request message to a femto serving gateway having the same location information as the femtocell base station gateway, for forming an LBO bearer; a third step in which the femto serving gateway acquires location information of the femto PDN gateway by using the identification information of the terminal; and a fourth step in which the femto serving gateway forms an LBO uplink bearer or LBO downlink bearer by using the location information of the femto PDN gateway.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for performing handover in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the following processes: confirming whether or not a terminal security information value list on the terminal is stored, upon receipt, from a base station, of a path switch request message related to the terminal; if the terminal security information value list is stored, generating a response message to the path switch request, containing an unused terminal security information value of the stored terminal security information value list; and transmitting, to the base station, the generated response message to the path switch request. According to the present invention, loads caused by the terminal handover signal generated by the base station can be reduced by means of the above-described processes.

The method generates an allowed list based on regions to control network access of a stationary wireless terminal, and includes: sending, by the wireless terminal, an attach request to a network; creating, by the network, an allowed list that contains information on regions in which the wireless terminal is permitted to access the network; and controlling, by the network, network access of the wireless terminal on the basis of the allowed list. 摘要： The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for controlling the transmission power of a base station in a wireless communication system, in which the signal-to-noise ratio for a target component carrier is calculated, and, if the signal-to-noise ratio is lower than a preset threshold value, a preset transmission power is increased or a request for reducing the transmission power is sent to a neighboring base station, to thereby recover the signal-to-noise ratio to a level higher than the threshold value. According to the present invention, inter-cell interference is prevented and channel utilization is improved in a wireless communication system, thus achieving the improved performance of the wireless communication system.
