摘要： A closure device (1) for dispensing a substance into a container has an attachment part (2) connectable with a container opening and a lid part (3) connectable with the attachment part (2). A safety device (4) prevents the two parts, which together define a substance chamber (5), from being removed from each other. A bottom (7) of the substance chamber (5) forms a component of the attachment part (2). The lid part (3) has a perforation component (9) for opening the bottom (7). Displacement of said component (9) is performed by rotating the attachment part (2) relative to the lid part (3) along a thread (1 1), which has an attachment part thread component (12) and a lid part thread component (14). A latch member (12) of the safety device (4) forms at the same time one of the thread components (12, 14).
