摘要： Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a multi-subscriber identity module (SIM) user equipment (UE) may communicate, using a first SIM, on a plurality of component carriers. The multi-SIM UE may select a first subset of component carriers from the plurality of component carriers based at least in part on a component carrier prioritization. The multi-SIM UE may identify an amount of memory available to a second SIM. The multi-SIM UE may tune away, based at least in part on the amount of memory available to the second SIM, from a second subset of component carriers The first subset of component carriers may be different from the second subset of component carriers. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may communicate with a base station using various techniques designed to, for example, limit latency with or without regard to power consumption at the UE and throughput at the UE. In some instances, a user may desire low latency to improve the quality of an application function. In such cases, a UE may prioritize low latency over other efficiencies in order to improve the functionality of or user experience with an application. The user of a UE, or an application running on the UE, may request to operate in a low latency mode, and a component of the UE may receive the request and configure various other components of the UE to operate in the low latency mode.

The system information may include inter-frequency configuration and measurement reporting configuration. The UE may perform a measurement of a frequency or multiple frequencies that are associated with the inter-frequency configuration. Subsequent to the measurement, the UE may transmit a report of the measurement of the frequency or multiple frequencies to the network node during a radio resource control (RRC) connection procedure based on the measurement reporting configuration.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Data for a broadcast or multicast service may be sent over a control channel. A network device may broadcast a message to indicate a plurality of enhanced multimedia broadcast multicast service (eMBMS) services offered by the network. The mobile device may transmit an indication to the network device identifying an eMBMS service of interest. The network device may transmit a configuration message before broadcasting or multicasting data of the eMBMS service of interest. The configuration message may notify the mobile device of a control channel on which to receive the data related to the eMBMS service. The network device may then broadcast or multicast the eMBMS service data on the control channel. The data may be segmented at a particular protocol layer and mapped to several transmission time intervals within each repetition of the control channel.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices are described for wireless communication to enable a UE to establish emergency services (e.g., IMS emergency calls) over WLAN (e.g., Wi-Fi) in 3GPP networks. Such mechanisms may help ensure that an ePDG capable of supporting emergency services is selected. Further, such mechanisms may help ensure that an appropriately located ePDG is selected. For example, the selected ePDG may be located in the visiting public land mobile network (VPLMN) for a roaming UE so that IMS emergency calls are routed appropriately. Selection of the ePDG may be under control of the network with which the UE is establishing connectivity for the emergency call, namely the VPLMN, as opposed to the home PLMN (HPLMN), for example. Such mechanisms may rely on knowledge that the connectivity being established is for emergency services, as well as other information regarding the UE, such as a current location of the UE.
