摘要： Disclosed herein is an apparatus for refining a magnetic domain of an electrical steel sheet and a method of refining a magnetic domain of an electrical steel sheet. The apparatus for refining a magnetic domain of an electrical steel sheet includes: a laser beam emission unit; a toroidal mirror for converting the laser beam emitted from the laser beam emission unit into a first elliptical laser beam; a switch mirror for transferring the first elliptic laser beam transferred from the toroidal mirror to a pair of scan mirrors; the pair of scan mirrors for scanning the first elliptical laser beam transferred from the switch mirror and then transferring the scanned first elliptical laser beam; a cylindrical mirror for converting the first elliptical laser beam transferred from the pair of scan mirrors into a second elliptical laser beam and then irradiating the electrical steel sheet with the second elliptical laser beam.
