摘要： Outer Latch Lock comprises of a housing having in its practically vertical front strip at least one guide opening confined by surface having rectilinear generatrix; at least one latch that is mounted in the housing, loose fitted against relative guide opening and confined by surface having rectilinear generatrix; and a suitable controllable drive of reciprocal motion of each latch between «open» and «closed» positions. Said rectilinear generatrices of surfaces of each pair «opening - latch» are practically parallel and inclined to the horizontal at identical acute angles, vertices of which are located before said front strip. This structure permits sliding down for the most part of atmospheric precipitations and, at the same time excludes practically their ingress into the housing. It provides sure detenting of any proposed lock if even their latches are covered with ice.
