摘要： The object of this invention is to provide a loom capable of weaving a circular fabric, a double-ply cloth, or a three-ply cloth. The loom (100) includes a warp supplying unit (1), a weaving unit (2), and a cloth winder (5). The warp supplying unit (1) feeds many strands of warp yarns (101) from a creel (100') to the weaving unit (2) under a uniform tension. The weaving unit (2) guides the warp yarns (101) fed from the warp supplying unit (1) so as to simultaneously weave two or more fabrics having same or different characteristics, couple the two or more fabrics together to produce a double-ply cloth or a three-ply cloth, or join the two or more fabrics together at opposite ends thereof to produce a circular fabric, such as gunny cloth. The cloth winder (5) rolls the fabrics or the cloths fed from the weaving unit (2).

摘要： The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing colon cancer. The composition comprises at least one marker for measuring an mRNA or protein expression level of at least one gene specific for colon cancer. It can screen the genes which are overexpressed specifically only in colon cancer tissues or blood. The present invention can quantitatively analyze both the mRNA expression levels of the genes and the expression levels of the proteins encoded by the gene at the same time, thereby diagnosing colon caner of an early stage with a high level of reliability.

摘要： Disclosed are a compound inhibitory of HIF-1 activity, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same as an active ingredient. The compound has anticancer activity which is attributable to its inhibitory activity against HIF-1, but not to non-selective cellular toxicity. Thus, having inhibitory activity against HIF-1, the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be used as an ingredient in an anticancer agent for various cancers including large intestine cancer, hepatic cancer, stomach cancer and breast cancer. Further, the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof is applicable to the treatment of diabetic retinopathy or arthritis which is aggravated upon the activation of VEGFA by HIF-1.

摘要： Provided is a composition for cancer diagnosis or anticancer drug screening, comprising an MIG 12 gene or MIG 12 gene-expressed protein, a composition for cancer diagnosis or anticancer drug screening, comprising an OIP 5 gene or OIP5 gene-expressed protein, a composition for treatment of cancer, comprising an inhibitor of the aforesaid genes or an inhibitor of the aforesaid proteins and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and a cancer diagnosis kit comprising at least one of an MIG 12 gene, an OIP5 gene, and an MIG 12- or OIP5-expressed protein. MIG12 and OIP5 genes of the present invention are expressed at relatively high levels in cancer cell lines and increase a proliferation rate of normal cells. Therefore, inhibition of expression of these genes via RNAi using siRNA or shRNA leads to suppression of cancer cell growth. For these reasons, MIGl 2 and OIP5 genes can be used as a target gene for diagnosis or cancer therapy of various cancers.

摘要： Provided are a composition for diagnosing cancer or screening an anticancer drug comprising an FLJ25416 gene or an antibody directed to a protein expressed from the FLJ25416 gene, a composition for treating cancer comprising an inhibitor of the gene or an inhibitor of the protein expressed from the gene and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and a kit for diagnosing cancer comprising at least one of the FLJ25416 gene and the protein expressed from the FLJ25416 gene. The FLJ25416 gene is expressed at high level in specific cancer cells, and induces an increase in proliferation rate of normal cells. The expression of the gene is suppressed, which results in an inhibitory effect on cancer cell growth. Thus, the FLJ25416 gene can be used as a target gene for diagnosis or treatment of cancer.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an anticancer agent comprising 4- hexadecanoyl-1,1-dimethyl-piperazin-1-ium iodide. The piperazine derivative effectively inhibits the proliferation of various cancer cells (in vitro ), and statistically significantly reduces tumor size and tumor weight in nude mice xenografted with human gastric carcinoma NUGC-3 cells when administered intraperitoneally to the mice (in vivo ). Also, the piperazine derivative blocks Ras signaling by downregulating farnesyltransferase, thereby inhibiting cell proliferation, and activates RhoB to thus upregulate JNKl/ JNK2, which causes the dysregulation of signaling via the mitochondria and increase the phosphorylation of Bcl-2, involved in cell survival, thereby inducing apoptosis within cells. Since the piperazine derivative inhibits the growth of tumor cells and induces apoptosis, it is useful in the treatment of various types of cancer.
