摘要： The invention relates to a crane, especially a crane that is configured as a full gantry crane (1) for general cargo and especially for containers. The inventive crane comprises a travelling crab, lifting mechanisms (5) having two drums and four ropes (7) and a fixing means, especially a spreader (9), that is supported therefrom and has load receiving means and deflection rollers (10) for the ropes (7). Two rope drums (5) respectively are arranged on an axis and the ropes (7) are arranged between a locating point (8) for the rope and the rope drum (5). Each rope (7) interacts with only one locating point of the load receiving means. The rope drums (5) which are arranged adjacent to one another wind or unwind the ropes (7) in a double-sided manner and also adjacently to each other. Each rope drum (5) is provided with only one winding direction and the two rope drums (5) extend in opposite directions.
