The device may further comprise a set of abutment caps, each abutment cap comprising a cap top connected to the cap bottom, the cap bottom removably attaching to the top of an abutment base in a manner that the cap top does not contact an emergent sulcus, wherein each abutment cap has a different cap top that is constructed to handle at least one function relating to a phase of a dental implant surgery.
