摘要： An assembly of plastic tiles (10, 20) which is suitable to be used for forming a floor by joining the tiles (10, 20) together comprises at least two types of tiles (10, 20). The floor which is obtained when the tiles (10, 20) are put in place with respect to each other comprises a bottom layer and a top layer, which are coupled through means (12, 21, 22) adapted to prevent mutual displacement of the layers in a direction parallel to a top surface of the floor. The bottom layer comprises tiles (10) of a first type in a coupled arrangement. The top layer comprises tiles (20) of a second type which are positioned on the bottom tiles (10), and which are coupled to these tiles (10) through fixing means (12, 21, 22) being part of the two types of tiles (10, 20) and acting between the tiles (10, 20).

The forming cavity of the injection mold is filled with fluid plastic while pressure is being exerted, in two stages with an interruption of the supply of fluid plastic between, wherein only a central bottom part (12) is formed in a first stage, after which the supply of plastic is temporarily stopped, until the start of a second stage in which the forming cavity of the injection mold is further filled.
