    • Disclosed is a "bundle" of event-related multi-media content items provided to a customer (106) of the event. The customer (106) navigates (304) through the bundle, tracks down selections of interest to himself, and "consumes" (306) them. In some embodiments, the multi-media content items include recorded video clips, interviews, and other background information. Other content items can be live video feeds of the event taken from various viewpoints. Advertising for merchandise related to the event can be included. Some of the multi-media content items are designed to enhance the customer's experience of the event or to build loyalty. The media bundle is updated (308, 410) during the course of the event, removing items no longer of interest and adding new ones to keep the customer (106) engaged. When the event is over, the media bundle can continue to operate to provide event recaps, post-event interviews, schedules for future events, and opportunities to purchase tickets for those future events.

    • A method and apparatus for collaborative design of a graphical structure is by users (108) of a network (104). First, a description of the graphical structure is downloaded (202) from a network server (102) to client devices (106) of the users (108). User modifications of the graphical structure are then uploaded (208, 310) to the network server (102) from the client devices (106). The modifications from multiple users are aggregated (316) to produce an aggregated modification, which is then used to update (318) the graphical structure. A description of the modifications may be a text-based description, in which case it is mapped (314) to a numerical description of the modifications. Alternatively, the descriptions of the modifications may be numerical values. The modifications from a plurality of users (received during a specified time period) may be aggregated by calculating a statistical measure of numerical values corresponding to the modifications. The graphical structure may be an avatar, for example.
