摘要： A device for automatic closure of control valves in separable connection units for flexible pipes is described. The device comprises, for every sector (6-7) of the control valve (5) upstream of the direction of the fluid flow, a slidable body (13) operating on said valve sector (6-7) to cause closing and opening rotation thereof, elastic means (17) housed within a first chamber (14) to activate said sliding body (13) in a direction suitable to cause the closing rotation of said valve sector (6-7), a braking fluid housed in a second chamber (18) to brake the movement of said sliding body (13) in the closing direction of said valve sector (6-7) and fluid dynamic communication means (19, 20, 21) between said chambers (14, 18) to permit the controlled transfer of said braking fluid from the second chamber (18) to the first chamber (14) during the movement of said sliding body (14) in the direction of closure of said valve sector (6-7). The aforesaid fluid dynamic communication means (19, 20, 21) comprise a passage duct (19) with an enlarged part (20) and a cartridge inserted in said enlarged part (20) having a grooved part (23) with external grooves (24) of variable length.

摘要： A control valve (5, 5') for connection units for flexible hoses is described, comprising a plurality of petals (segments or sectors) (6, 7; 6', 7') rotatable between a position of complete opening and a position of complete closing, wherein rotatable petals (6, 7; 6', 7') of different shape and sizes alternate in pairs along the circumference of the connection unit. The petals (6, 6') of smaller size have a substantially triangular shape with straight lateral sides (38) and a rounded end (36) which fluid-tightly abut against corresponding straight lateral sides (33) and curved parts (34) of the petals of larger size when the valve is closed. Said lateral sides (38) and said curved end (36) of the petals (6, 6') of smaller size have a continuous cavity (80) with a dovetail cross-section and small lateral entrance (81) in which a sealing gasket (82) with a substantially circular cross-section and with ends fixed in a removable manner to the remote ends of said lateral sides (38) is housed and retained.

摘要： A control valve (5, 5') for connection units for flexible hoses is described, comprising a plurality of petals (segments or sectors) (6, 6'; 7, 7') rotatable between a position of complete opening and a position of complete closing. Said plurality of rotatable petals (6, 6'; 7, 7') consist of pairs of petals (6, 6'; 7, 7') with different shape and sizes, alternately arranged along the circumference of the connection unit. The petals (6, 6') of smaller size are controlled so as to close more slowly than those (7, 7') of larger size up to reach a contact position of the respective lateral edges. The upstream surface (57) of the petals (6, 6') of smaller size is provided with a pair of fins (59) laterally protruding from the above-mentioned surface so as to rest on the upstream surface (56) of the petals (7, 7') of larger size to oblige the latter to close before the petals (6, 6') of smaller size, whereas the upstream surface (56) of the petals (7, 7') of larger size is provided with a pair of projections (53) which, at the end of the closing movement of the petals (6, 6'; 7, 7'), are inserted in corresponding recesses (60) of the facing surface of the fins (49) for making a precise and stable coupling of the adjacent petals (6, 6'; 7, 7') in a tightly closed position.

The aforesaid plurality of rotatable sectors (6-7, 6 '-7') comprises at least two series of rotating sectors of different shape and dimensions disposed in an alternate way along the circumference of the connection unit. The smaller sectors (6, 6') can be controlled in such a way to close slower than the bigger ones (7, 7'). The shape and dimensions of the rotational sectors (6-7, 6 '-7') are such to consent a partial overlapping of the borders of the adjacent sectors (6-7, 6 '-7') for a better tightness between the sectors themselves.
