    • According to one exemplary embodiment; the improved Heating, cooling & Ventilation system for comfort level within the space, is based on Alternate Source of Energy (solar thermal) for any climatic condition. Space heating- & cooling is based using solar hot water; controlled, maintained and generates energy from biofuels by thermophilic Temperature, which makes runs plurality of eco-friendly compressor to chill the water. The System is fully automated with alternate manual mode, which maintains temperature, humidity (Relative Humidity %), airflow, velocity, noise, Insulation, light and quality level of Air (C02 sensor, Smoke Detector with GSM Mod em within the space). The above improvement in system will save about three fourth, of energy consumed by conventional system and half the energy consumed by the chillers. It save precious water as it is used for heating & cooling space, by-product as a comfort water utilized for bath and other household/reuse purpose.
