    • The present invention relates to a dental implant fixture. The dental implant fixture of the present invention comprises: a main body to be inserted into a drill hole that is bored in an alveolar bone within the oval cavity; a male screw formed in a spiral shape on the outer surface of the main body; and at least one screw fill-up through hole that is pierced in the male screw in the thickness direction of the male screw along the spiral direction thereof and filled with bone-forming materials required for osteogenesis of the alveolar bone. According to the present invention, bone-forming materials such as bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) filled in the fixture can promote bone formation around the fixture during the bone fusion period and further increase bone density of the alveolar bone, so that the fastening force of the fixture against the alveolar bone can be markedly improved, compared with that of conventional fixtures.

    • Disclosed is a fixture for use in a dental implant. The fixture for use in a dental implant comprises: a main body which is implanted in a drill hole formed in an alveolar bone in an oral cavity, and which has an outer surface with a male screw thread; and an alveolar bone contact cutout portion which is formed by cutting out a portion of a lower end of the main body along the radial direction of the main body, and which is brought into contact with the alveolar bone introduced therein when the main body is implanted in the drill hole of the alveolar bone. The fixture of the present invention is advantageous in that a portion of the alveolar bone which forms the bottom of the drill hole is introduced into the alveolar bone contact cutout portion, to thereby increase the contact area between the fixture and the alveolar bone as compared to conventional fixtures, and to promote the growth of the alveolar bone during curing when bone morphogenetic protein is bonded to the inside of the alveolar bone contact cutout portion, thus significantly improving the coupling force between the fixture and the alveolar bone.

    • A dental implant fixture is disclosed. The dental implant fixture of the present invention comprises a body fixture part and a screw part. The screw part is spirally formed on the outer surface of the body fixture part. The height of the screw thread from the body fixture part is differently formed in the screw part. According to the present invention, even though an alveolar bone has a calabash shape, of which the bottom area is rather widely formed while the entrance is unusually narrow, the fixture can be easily implanted to a desired site without performing any separate medical procedure. In addition, since bone fusion is easily performed due to excellent fixation, the failure rate of implant surgery can be minimized.

    • A fixture for a dental implant is disclosed. The fixture for a dental implant according to the present invention comprises: a first body which is implanted in the lower region of a drill hole perforated in the alveolar bone of an oral cavity, such that the virtual line connecting the male threads formed on the outer surface of the first body is substantially parallel to the axial line of the drill hole; and a second body which has a diameter larger than the diameter of the cross-section of the first body, and which has an outer surface on which male threads are formed into a screw line substantially identical to that of the male threads of the first body, and which extends from the top of the first body and implanted into the upper region of the drill hole. The fixture of the present invention is prevented from moving when initially implanted into the drill hole drilled in the alveolar bone, to thus maintain the fixture implanting direction parallel to the axial line of the drill hole, thereby preventing implant failure in advance. Further, the fixture of the present invention is provided with maximum fixing force when implanted, and is thus prevented from moving, which might otherwise occur after implanting, ensuring the stability of dental implants.

The present invention enables a bone morphogenetic material for accelerating osteogenesis, for example bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), to be continuously filled in the filler space formed in the fixture body during a dental procedure or even after the completion of the dental procedure if needed, thereby promoting the osteogenesis of alveolar bone around the fixture body during an osseointegration period. This leads to improved bone density, and thus increases the tightening force of the fixture to alveolar bone as compared to conventional fixtures.
