    • A faucet (10, 110) including a spout body (14) formed of metal and having an inlet end (16), an outlet end (18) and a chamber (20) extending between inlet and outlet ends (16 and 18). A tube (22) formed of a non-metallic material is enclosed within the chamber (20) and has receiving and dispensing ends (24 and 26). Tube (22) defines a passage (28) extending between receiving and dispensing ends (24 and 26). Receiving end (24) is in fluid communication with water source to communicate water through passage (28). An inlet coupling (30, 130) formed of a non-metallic material and having an inlet opening (32, 132) extending therethrough is molded about receiving end (24) such that receiving end (24) is sealingly received within inlet opening (32, 132). An outlet coupling (44, 144) formed of a non-metallic material and having an outlet opening (46, 146) extending therethrough is molded about dispensing end (26) such that dispensing end (26) is sealingly received within outlet opening (46, 146). Inlet and outlet couplings (30, 130 and 44, 144) are sealingly coupled to inlet and outlet ends (16 and 18) of spout body (14), respectively.
