摘要： The present invention relates to a core material for a vacuum insulation panel and a manufacturing method for same, and comprises the following steps: (a) preparing an inorganic binder solution; (b) dipping glass wool into the inorganic binder solution; (c) loading the glass wool onto the upper portion of a chamber; (d) creating a vacuum inside the chamber in order to discharge the inorganic binder solution into the chamber; and (e) drying the glass wool and molding it into the form of the core material for manufacturing a vacuum insulation panel, thus enhancing the long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.

摘要： The present invention relates to a grooved type of vacuum thermal insulation material and to a production method for the same, and the invention relates to the provision of a grooved type of vacuum thermal insulation material comprising: a core material which has a block type shape, and in which one or more of the block side surfaces is constituted as an inclined surface; a grooved thermal insulation board wherein a plurality of the core materials are disposed on the flat surface, and are disposed separated from each other with the inclined surfaces facing each other; and an outer skin material which is constituted in the form of a film pouch covering the whole of the upper surface and the lower surface of the grooved thermal insulation board, and is formed so as to be able to be hermetically attached to the grooved thermal insulation board by means of a vacuum sealing process, and which also is formed so as to exhibit bending properties in the separated portions between the core materials; and the invention also relates to the provision of a method for producing the same.

摘要： The present invention relates to a vacuum insulation panel and to a method for manufacturing same. The method comprises: (a) a step of laminating a plurality of glass fiber boards to form a core, wherein the glass fiber boards are produced by a papermaking method using glass fiber dispersed in an inorganic binder; (b) a step of forming an outer cover having a structure in which a surface protection layer, a metal barrier layer, and an adhesive layer are laminated; (c) a step of producing a getter by packing burned lime (CaO) powder in a pouch; (d) a step of attaching the getter onto the core, or inserting the getter into the surface of the core; and (e) a step of forming the outer cover into a bag body, inserting the core from step (d) into the bag body, and sealing the bag body, thereby improving long-term durability of the vacuum insulation panel.
