    • A capacity varying type rotary compressor comprises a cylinder mounted in a casing (100) having a discharge pressure state, a vane pressure chamber (C) provided at a rear side of a vane (440) that divides an inner space of the cylinder into a suction chamber and a compression chamber with a rotation shaft (230) inserted into the cylinder thus to be rotated or a rolling piston (340, 430) inserted into the rotation shaft (230), a pressure controlling unit (500) for supplying a discharge pressure or a suction pressure to the vane pressure chamber (C) and thereby restricting or releasing a motion of the vanel (440), and a pressure leakage preventing couple unit for coupling the cylinder (410) and bearings (330, 420) positioned at both sides of the cylinder (410) and forming the vane pressure chamber (C) with the cylinder (410) to each other and thereby preventing a pressure leakage of the vane pressure chamber (C). A capacity to compress and discharge a refrigerant is varied according to a load and an entire construction thereof is simplified, thereby reducing consumption power of the compressor or an air conditioner having the same and simplifying an assembly characteristic. Furthermore, a pressure leakage of the vane pressure chamber (C) to which a discharge pressure and a suction pressure are applied is prevented, thereby enhancing a capacity varying function.

    • A capacity varying type rotary compressor comprises a casing (100) that maintains a discharge pressure state; a motor (200) installed in the casing (100) and generating a driving force; one or more cylinder assembly (300,400) fixed in the casing (100) and compressing a refirgerant by a rolling piston (340,430) and a vane (350,440), the rolling piston (340,430) eccentrically coupled to a rotation shaft (230) of the motor (200) and performing a linear motion; and a vane restricting unit (500) for restricting the vane (440) separated from the rolling piston (430) or releasing the vane (440) thereby contacting to the rolling piston (430) according to a difference of pressures applied to the vane (440). In the rotary compressor, an entire structure is simplified thereby to minimize precessing assemblies, resulting in reducing aproduction cost and enhancing a productivity. Furthermore, as the vane (440) is restricted by using a pressure difference of the system, a relibility is enhanced. Especially, in case of using a stopper (550), the reliability of the product can be more enhanced.

    • A capacity varying type rotary compressor and a refrigeration system having the same. The capacity varying type rotary compressor comprises a casing containing a certain amount of oil and maintaining a discharge pressure state; a motor installed in the casing and generating a driving force; one or more cylinder assembly fixed in the casing, having a compression space for compressing a refrigerant by a rolling piston that performs an orbit motion and a vane that performs a linear motion by contacting the rolling piston, and having a vane pressure chamber formed at a rear side of the vane, for implementing a normal driving as the vane contacts the rolling piston or implementing a saving driving as the vane is separated from the rolling piston; and a mode switching unit for selectively supplying suction pressure or a discharge pressure to the vane pressure chamber of the cylinder assembly according to a driving mode. An installation of pipes can be simplified, a capacity varying ability can be easily controlled even when the compressor is driven, and the valve has less cooling capability loss thereby to enhance a driving efficiency. Furthermore, since the refrigeration system can implement an easy mode switching, comfort and energy saving are enhanced. Also, an interference between the pipes is prevented, thereby minimizing the refrigeration system and enhancing an assembly characteristic. Additionally, since the number of the valves of the refrigeration system is decreased, a production cost is reduced.
