    • The present invention discloses an apparatus for supercooling which can cool food and liquid by using a material having a large heat capacity and store the food and liquid in a supercooled state at nearly a constant temperature. There is provided an apparatus for supercooling, comprising: a storage space divided into a relatively high temperature region and a relatively low temperature region; a filling material formed of a material having a large heat capacity for filling the relatively low temperature region; and an evaporator (120) for maintaining the filling material at a low temperature by exchanging heat with the filling material. Additionally, there is provided an apparatus for supercooling, comprising: a main body (112) for storing an antifreeze solution having a temperature below the maximum freezing point of liquid in a lower part and storing air having a temperature above 0 DEG C in an upper part; and an evaporator (120) located outside the main body, for exchanging heat with the antifreeze solution.

    • The present invention relates to a cooling control apparatus, and more particularly, to a cooling control apparatus which can control a cooling temperature to create a desired state of a stored object, when the crystallization of the stored object is performed due to the phase transition. According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a cooling control apparatus, including: an accommodation room with a storing space therein to store a stored object; a cooling means cooling the accommodation room or the storing space; and after the accommodation room or the storing space is cooled to a temperature below the maximum ice crystal formation zone by the cooling means such that the stored object enters a supercooled state, when the supercooled state of the stored object is released and the phase transition of the stored object occurs, a temperature control means changing a cooling temperature of the accommodation room, the stored object or the storing space to continuously perform the phase transition of the stored object.
