    • The present invention relates to a method for removing an unreacted monomer of a polymer using an SCC. The SCC includes: a housing including a rotation shaft; at least one kind of polymer supply part disposed within the housing; at least two spinning cones having upper and lower ends inclined by a predetermined inclination on the rotation shaft to move a polymer supplied through the polymer supply part, the at least two spinning cones being rotated with respect to the rotation shaft; a fixed cone fixedly disposed on an inner surface of the housing, the fixed cone being disposed on a lower end of each of the spinning cones to provide a path through which the polymer is successively moved from the upper end of the spinning cone toward the lower end of the spinning cone; a product collection part for collecting the polymer moved through the spinning cone and the fixed cone; and a driving part for rotating the spinning cone. In the method for removing the unreacted monomer of the polymer using the SCC, a retention time of the polymer may be adjustable to prevent stability of the polymer from being deteriorated even at a high temperature. Also, since area density is high, the unreacted monomer may be efficiently removed without using steam or by using a small amount of steam.

    • The present invention relates to an SCC, which is provided with a foam remover for removing foam that is generated during a reaction inside the SCC. The present invention provides the SCC, comprising: a housing having a rotary shaft; at least one reaction substance supply portion which is formed inside the housing; spinning cones, at least two of which are installed on the rotary shaft so as to have a specific tilted angle from an upper end to a lower end, for transferring a reaction substance that is supplied by the reaction substance supply potion, and for rotating with the rotary shaft at the center; fixing cones, which are fixedly formed on an inner surface of the housing, and are positioned on the lower end of each of the spinning cones that provide a path for sequentially transferring the reaction substance from the spinning cone at the upper end to the spinning cone at the lower end; a product collection portion for collecting the reaction substance which is transferred through the spinning cones and the fixing cones; and a driving portion for rotating the spinning cones, wherein the foam remover is provided on one side of the housing. The SCC, according to the present invention, resolves the problem of a reduced removal yield due to the foam being generated when a removal object is separated from the reaction substance, and of reduced stability of the product, by installing the foam remover which removes the foam that is generated, thereby improving the removal yield of the removal object and the stability of the product.
