摘要： A siloxane based coating composition having excellent dyeability, abrasion resistance, glossiness and transparency, a preparation method thereof, and an optical lens coated by the coating composition are suggested. The siloxane based coating composition includes organo silane compound, inorganic oxide (H4ndex filler), solvent and a dyeing improving material. The dyeing improving material adopts nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, silver nitrate, or the like. The siloxane based coating composition shows excellent dyeability owing to the dyeing improving material, excellent abrasion resistance owing to the organo silane compound, and excellent glossiness and transparency, so it may be applied as a coating film on a surface of a plastic lens such as optical lens, industrial safety lens and leisure-purpose goggle that require high transparency.

摘要： Disclosed is an adjuvant for use in simultaneous polishing of a cationically charged material and an anionically charged material, which forms an adsorption layer on the cationically charged material in order to increase polishing selectivity of the anionically charged material, wherein the adjuvant comprises a polyelectrolyte salt containing: (a) a mixture of a linear polyelectrolyte having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000 ∼ 50,000 with a graft type polyelectrolyte that has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000 ∼ 20,000 and comprises a backbone and a side chain; and (b) a basic material. CMP (chemical mechanical polishing) slurry comprising the above adjuvant and abrasive particles is also disclosed. The adjuvant comprising a mixture of a linear polyelectrolyte with a graft type polyelectrolyte makes it possible to increase polishing selectivity as compared to CMP slurry using the linear polyelectrolyte alone, and to obtain a desired range of polishing selectivity by controlling the ratio of the linear polyelectrolyte to the graft type polyelectrolyte.

摘要： An antireflective coating composition includes a photopolymerizable acrylate monomer (Cl); a particle-type metal fluoride (C2) with a refractive index of 1.40 or less; a photopolymerization initiator (C3); and at least one liquid dispersion-enhancing chelating agent (C4) selected from the group consisting of Mg(CF 3 COO) 2 , Na(CF 3 COO), K(CF 3 COO), Ca(CF 3 COO) 2 , Mg(CF 2 COCHCOCF 3 ) 2 and Na(CF 2 COCHCOCF 3 ). This composition ensures good mechanical strength, excellent adhesion to a substrate, short curing time by UV curing, prevention of dust attachment, good erasure of stain, good dust removal and good scratch resistance, so it is usefully for making an antireflective coating film of a display.

摘要： The present invention relates to a silicone-based coating composition improved adhesion and dyeability, and more specifically, to a silicone-based coating composition prepared by adding a compound(s) having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of amino, carboxylic acid, mercapto, methylol, anhydride, and isocyanate into an organic-inorganic sol prepared by a sol-gel reaction of organosilanes at high temperature, a method of preparing the same, and an optical lens prepared therefrom. The dyeability of the coating composition is improved by conducting sol-gel reaction at high temperature, and the adhesion to the substrate is improved by adding the compound capable of hydrogen bond and condensation reaction. Therefore, the coating layer of the present invention is proper to be applied to a coating layer for a plastic lens such as glasses, an industrial glass, or goggles for leisure because of good dyeability and adhesion to subsrate.
