摘要： The present invention relates to methods of treating or preventing an infection or infectious disease in a mammal, or sanitizing mammalian tissue, or treating or preventing psoriasis in a mammal, comprising topically administering to said mammal an electrolytic acid water comprising free chlorine, wherein: a) from 90% to 99.9% of said free chlorine is present in the form of hypochlorous acid; b) said water has a pH of from 0.5 to 5.0; and c) said water has oxidation reduction potential (ORP) of greater than 1100 mV.
