    • The present invention relates to a new method of a touch detection means, a detection method, and a touch screen panel, and a display device having the touch screen panel embedded therein, wherein a touch signal is detected by detecting a driving back phenomenon on a touch pad by a driving voltage applied through a driving capacitor. The touch detection means of the present invention is added to an upper side of a display device and senses the generation of touch capacitance (Ct) by the touch of a finger (25) of a human body or a touch input means, such as a conductor which is similar to the finger, wherein the touch detection means comprises: a touch pad (10) which forms the touch capacitance (Ct) between the touch pad and the touch input means; a driving capacitor (Cdrv) having one side that is connected to the touch pad (10), and the other side to which a driving voltage for detecting a touch is applied; a detection unit which detects a common voltage generated from said display device; a driving voltage generation unit which generates the driving voltage in synchronization with the common voltage; and a touch detection unit (14) which is connected to the touch pad (10), and detects a touch signal by using a driving back phenomenon when the touch capacitance (Ct) is added to said driving capacitor (Cdrv) according to the touch of the touch input means.

    • The present invention relates to a new capacitive touch detection means, detection method, and touch screen panel for detecting a touch signal by detecting a voltage fluctuation of a sensor pattern from a driving voltage applied by an auxiliary capacitor, and to a display device having a built-in capacitive touch screen. A capacitive touch detection means according to the present invention is characterized by: a sensor pattern (10) forming a touch capacitance (Ct) in between a touch input device and the sensor pattern; an auxiliary capacitor (Caux) connected on one side to the sensor pattern (10) and having a driving voltage for touch detection applied to the other side thereof; a charging means (12) for providing pre-charge signals to the touch capacitance (Ct) and the auxiliary capacitor (Caux); and a touch detection part (14) which is connected to the sensor pattern (10) and which detects a touch signal by detecting a voltage fluctuation in the sensor pattern (10) when the touch capacitance (Ct) is added to the auxiliary capacitor (Caux) according to a touch of the touch input device. The present invention minimizes effects of parasitic capacitance generated due to noise, coupling phenomena and other factors and can stably acquire touch signals.

    • The present invention is directed to overcome the problems with the conventional capacitance type touch input device, and it is therefore related to a touch cell structure for a touch panel having touch cells that are configured in a new P2G (Pad to Gate) system. The touch cell structure of the invention comprises: a conductive pad (50) which creates a capacitance between touch means and the pad when a finger (25) or the touch means having similar electric properties to the finger approaches within a predetermined distance (d); and a 3-terminal switching element (40), which has a gate terminal connected to the conductive pad (50) and outputs an output signal in response to a change in the potential of the gate terminal by the capacitance between the touch means and the conductive pad (50). As the potential of the gate terminal of the switching element (40) is determined by the capacitance that is created in the conductive pad (50), a difference in the output signals from the switching element (40) increases depending on whether a touch input is made. Accordingly, the detection sensitivity and accuracy are very high, a touch input can be detected in a digital mode of a high/low level, the absence of an ADC provides a simplified structure and a lower manufacturing cost, and multi-touch inputs can be sensed.

    • The present invention relates to a rotating assembly for a vertical-axis wind turbine for increasing the output coefficient of the wind turbine, the rotating assembly being connected with a vertical-axis wind turbine (50) which rotates on a rotation shaft (53), thereby increasing the output coefficient of the wind turbine. The rotating assembly comprises: a plurality of air guides (10), which are radially provided on the outside of rotation blades (55) of the vertical-axis wind turbine (50), and which rotates independent of the rotation blades (55), while guiding the flow of air toward the rotation blades (55); bearings (15) which are installed on the upper and lower sides of the vertical-axis wind turbine (50) for enabling the air guides (10) to rotate freely; donut-shaped circular plates (16, 16') which are installed on the upper and lower surfaces of the air guides (10), and which rotate with the air guides (10); and a connection member (17) for connecting the bearings (15) and the circular plates (16, 16'). Accordingly, as the plurality of air guides rotate outside the vertical axis wind turbine and guide the flow of air toward the vertical-axis wind turbine, the optimum angle of attack increases when the rotation blades of the vertical-axis wind turbine rotate 360°, thereby increasing the thrust and torque and improving the output coefficient.
