    • The present invention relates to a method for producing alkyl lactate directly from ammonium lactate generated in a fermentation process. In detail, the present invention relates to a method for producing alkyl lactate directly from ammonium lactate, comprising a first step of producing a mixture comprising an aqueous solution of ammonium lactate generated in a fermentation process and trialkyl phosphate-based organic solvent extractants, and heating the mixture to prepare lactic acid; and a second step of performing an esterification reaction between the lactic acid prepared in the first step and alcohol to prepare alkyl lactate. According to the method of the present invention, a pretreatment process such as the addition of sulfuric acid required for preparing lactic acid is eliminated, and an esterification reaction between lactic acid and alcohol is performed simultaneously with the preparation of lactic acid in order to produce alkyl lactate, thereby producing alkyl lactate in an easier manner than conventional processes for producing alkyl lactate from lactate salts generated in a fermentation process, and, during an esterification reaction with lactic acid, effectively separating, from lactic acid or alkyl lactate contained in an organic solvent, water to be derived as a by-product, such that the reaction speed and yield rate can be improved and high-efficiency and high-purity alkyl lactate can be produced.

    • The present invention relates to a method for preparing lactide from alkyl lactate, comprising: a step of polymerizing alkyl lactate under a lead (Pb)-based catalyst so as to prepare lactic acid oligomers; and a step of depolymerizing said lactic acid oligomers to obtain lactide. The method of the present invention may use alkyl lactate, prepared by an esterification reaction between a fermented lactic acid solution and alcohol, directly without a separate dehydrating process such as moisture adsorption or pervaporation using zeolite, thus simplifying processes. In addition, the method of the present invention eliminates the necessity of additional hydrolysis for preparing lactic acid after the preparation of alkyl lactate, which might otherwise be required to prepare lactide. Further, the method of the present invention has the advantage of preparing lactide at a lower temperature than that of existing methods in which lactide is prepared after lactic acid is obtained by hydrolysis.

    • The present invention relates to a vibration nipper for heavy machinery, wherein a plurality of gears incorporated in a vibration main body and having eccentric weights are aligned in the vertical direction and generate vertical vibration while rotating. Provided is a vibration nipper for heavy machinery, comprising a vibration main body, which gears inside for rotating by a hydraulic motor are aligned in the vertical direction and disposed to be rotatable. The respective gears are mounted with eccentric weights for generating vertical vibration during the rotation of the gears. The vibration main body is mounted with a nipper blade at the lower portion thereof in the longitudinal direction of the vibration main body, so that the vibration main body may be inserted deep into the ground along with the nipper blade at the time of underground excavation. According to the present invention, it is possible to produce the vibration main body in narrower width than existing ones, so that a frame may be produced with reduced width. Therefore, even though the nipper blade is inserted into the ground, the vibration main body may be inserted deep into the ground along with the nipper blade, so that the depth of excavation may be deepen and the performance of excavation may be largely improved. In addition, according to the present invention, even though the nipper blade is applied with excavation resistance in the lateral direction from the ground when the nipper blade excavates the ground, the supporting structure of the nipper blade is improved in the lateral direction by connecting the nipper blade and the vibration main body via a link structure which is displaceable in the vertical direction with respect to the frame. Therefore, the operation of the nipper blade is free and a buffering member for supporting the vibration main body is protected from being damaged, exhibiting much improved durability.
