By selecting the feature regarded as most relevant for the user, the system obtains more information from the user, so that the learning process can be executed within a shorter time so that the user may dispose over a usefully limited selection in an earlier stage. The invention also relates to an apparatus for executing the method according to the invention.

摘要： This invention provides a system, apparatus and method that uses an amount of time that a portable device (401) is "associated" with a stationary display (102) as an indicator of how prominently and at what screen location a window (101) presenting a content (302) transferred from the portable device 401 should be presented by the stationary display (102). Preferably this prominence is reflected by the size of the content window 101, which can gradually grow from a small picture - in-picture (PIP) (101) to a full-screen as long as the association takes place, i.e., it is maintained by a viewer.
