摘要： A movable seat (12) which is positionable within a shower stall (72) of a type having at least one rear support element, such as a rear ledge (74), and at least one frontal support element, such as a lower frontal threshold (76). The movable seat includes an essentially horizontal support that has a rearward portion (41) that is suitable to be supported on the ledge and a leg that extends downwardly from a forward portion of the support to a foot (48). The seat is sufficiently flexible such that if a weight load of a human or thereabout is placed on the support, then the foot will flex forwardly in response thereto, thereby jamming the seat in place relative to the shower stall.

The bowl has a first upward facing compartment (38) defining a first volume (40) for larger items, and a second downward facing compartment (44) defining a second volume for smaller items. The system provides, in a compact way, cutting board, carry tray, and customized bowl storage capability adjacent a food preparation sink. Specialized bowls for use therewith are also disclosed.
