    • The present invention relates to an apparatus for folding and stacking vinyl bags. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for folding and stacking vinyl bags, which sequentially folds vinyl bags with heat sealed portions and cut portions, stacks the folded vinyl bags onto a stacking conveyor, and enables the vinyl bags, stacked into a predetermined amount on the stacking conveyor, to be loaded onto a discharge conveyor by an extracting and pressing unit and discharged. The apparatus comprises: a transfer apparatus unit which supplies vinyl bags by means of an upper roller and a lower roller; a stacking apparatus unit on which vinyl bags supplied from the transfer apparatus unit are folded and stacked; a press apparatus unit which presses the top of the stack of the vinyl bags folded and stacked on the stacking apparatus unit; and a fixing and sucking apparatus interposed between the stacking apparatus unit and the lower roller to suck one side of each of the vinyl bags by means of suction holes.

Accordingly, the present invention can reduce the fatigue of a worker by reducing the weight of a mower through buoyancy according to the blade rotation, can improve workability, can effectively solve the problem of the breakage of blades caused by the easy bumping thereof against stone and the like on the ground or the injury of a worker caused by bounding stones and the like, and, by means of the wind that is downwardly discharged by the blade rotation, has effects of facilitating the cleaning of a cut object and enabling work to be more comfortably carried out by cooling the leg region of a worker.
