摘要： The subject matter of the present invention is a motor vehicle door closure, the basic construction of which is equipped with a locking mechanism (1, 2) with a rotary latch (1) and pawl (2), and with a locking unit (3, 4, 5, 6). At least in its "locked" position, the locking unit (3, 4, 5, 6) inhibits automatic opening of the locking mechanism (1, 2). According to the invention, at least in the "locked" position of the locking unit (3, 4, 5, 6) and when the pawl (2) is raised from the rotary latch (1), an additional pawl (3) which additionally comes into engagement or is already engaged prevents the automatic opening of the locking mechanism (1, 2).
