摘要： A mastic applicator system for delivering a mastic material to a surface in a precisely controlled manner. The system includes a mastic pump (26), a regulator (24) receiving mastic from the pump (26), a nozzle (46), and a jacketed hose assembly (22) interconnecting the regulator output (24) and the nozzle input (46). The hose assembly (22) includes an end block (36) having a sealing surface (36b), the end block (36) and the body of the nozzle (44) are secured together with the sealing surface (36b) on the end block (36) in sealing contiguous relation to a sealing surface (44a) on the nozzle body (44) so that a mastic passage (36i) and water passages (36m) in the end block (36) may communicate with a mastic passage (44e) and water passages (44j) in the nozzle body (44) at the sealing surfaces (36b, 44a). The mastic passage (36i, 44e, 46c) from the hose assembly (22) to the nozzle outlet (46e) is totally internal and totally insulated so as to preclude the formation of cold plugs of mastic material during system shutdown.
