摘要： Lock means are provided that include at least one elongate securing member, attachment means for allowing attachment of the at least one elongate securing member to a suitable attachment point in use, and first and at least second locking portions, at least one of said locking portions being movable relative to the other locking portion to form locked and unlocked positions of the lock means. The at least one elongate securing member can be arranged to form or is in the form of at least two loops. The first locking portion is provided on one of the at least two loops and the at least second locking portion is provided on the other of the at least two loops. Each of the at least two loops is locatable around a part of an object that is to be locked in use.
