摘要： Methods and apparatus are described for providing compatible mapping for baekhaul control channels, frequency first mapping of control channel elements (CCEs) to avoid relay- physical control format indicator channel (R-PCFICH) and a tree based relay resource allocation to minimize the resource allocation map bits. Methods and apparatus (e.g., relay node (RN devolved Node-B (eNB)) for mapping of the Un downlink (DL) control signals, Un DL positive acknowledgement ( ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK), and/or relay-physical downlink control channel (R-PDCCH) (or similar) in the eNB to RN (Un interface) DL direction are described. This includes time/frequency mapping of above-mentioned control signals into resource blocks (RBs) of multimedia broadcast multicast services (MFJMS) single frequency network (MBSFN)-reserved sub-frames in the RN cell and encoding procedures for these. Also described are methods and apparatus for optimizing signaling overheads by avoiding R-PCFICH and minimizing bits needs for resource allocation.

摘要： Managing a handover (e.g. over a Un or Uu connection or interface) of a mobile (moving) relay, MRN, from an eNB (source eNB) to another eNB (target eNB). The source eNB or donor eNB (DeNB) may provide a backhaul link to the mobile relay, MRN, and the MRN may provide an access link to a user equipment (UE). To manage the handover, access information (e.g. Donor eNB, DeNB, cell list) may be received (from an operation and maintenance entity, OAM), and a determina¬ tion may be made regarding whether one or more target eNBs may be capable of handling the relay based on the access information (i.e. whether it is relay capable, relay accessible, supports relays or not). A target eNB, that may be capable of handing the relay based on the determination, may be selected from the one or more target eNBs to handover the relay to where the selected target eNB may have a communication (backhaul) link with the source eNB. The relay may be handed over from the source eNB to the selected target eNB using the communication link between the source eNB and selected target eNB. The relay may be configured to use radio access network (RAN) shar¬ ing, a mobility management entity (MME) may be selected; and/or a EUTRAN radio access bearer (E-RAB) may be modified.

Home Node Bs can be configured to remain in sleep mode until needed based on various criteria, periodically operating transmit and receive components in order to detect mobile devices that may need the services of the home Node B. Mobile devices can indicate one or several target home Node Bs using one or more node identifiers within a proximity indication message. Closed subscriber group identifiers and membership data may also be included in a proximity indication message. Node or cell identities, along with membership data, may be stored in a fingerprint database or white-list on a mobile device.

The shared data path may run through the whole length of the traffic end-to-end or a segment between two nodes. A method may involve routing a first communication from a first MTC device toward a first MTC server through a logical 3GPP path between a first 3GPP network node and a second 3GPP network node. The logical 3GPP path is assigned a path identifier. The method may also comprise routing a second communication from a second MTC device toward a second MTC server through the logical 3GPP path.

摘要： Methods are presented wherein a WTRU may determine, based on measurements, that it is a victim of interference from another cell such a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell. In addition, methods are presented for the UE to inform the CSG cell that UE is present and is a victim UE. Methods for informing the CSG cell may include the grant of temporary membership to a victim UE, the use of a connected WTRU as a relay, and/or indicating victim status in a control message. The indication may trigger an interference management procedure. Methods for the WTRU to stop interference management at the CSG cell, methods to allow the use of a training period by the CSG eNB to allow for non-CSG WTRUs to report their presence, and methods to indicate how to perform UE Victim Indication are also presented.

摘要： Embodiments contemplate a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) that may operate in a heterogeneous wireless communication network (HetNet). The WTRU may detect the presence of an extended physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH) and may decode a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) upon detecting the E-PDCCH. The WTRU may obtain scheduling information of the E-PDCCH on a physical downlink shared control channel (PDSCH) from the decoded PDCCH. The WTRU may also determine control information for the WTRU from the E-PDCCH using the scheduling information of the E-PDCCH. The HetNet may further include a first eNB and a second eNB and the WTRU may receive the E-PDCCH from the first eNB and another E-PDCCH from the second eNB. The other E-PDCCH may be coordinated with the E-PDCCH such that the interference between the other E-PDCCH and the E-PDCCH from the perspective of the WTRU may be reduced relative to no coordination.

摘要： Techniques for supporting home NodeB (HNB) mobility and virtual active set management in support of soft handover are disclosed. A source HNB may decide to initiate a relocation of a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) from the source HNB to a target HNB, and may initiate an access control for the WTRU to determine whether the WTRU is allowed to receive a service provided via the target HNB. The source HNB may send an access control query to either a core network (CN) or an HNB gateway (HNB-GW) for verifying that the WTRU is allowed to receive a service provided via the target HNB. The access control query response may include access control information for all or a subset of subscriber groups that the WTRU is a member of. The WTRU may maintain a virtual active set (VAS) including at least one macro cell and at least one femto cell.
