    • The invention relates to a cogeneration method and device using a turbine, such as a gas turbine, comprising a compression section (14), at least one expansion section (18, 52, 96) and a combustion chamber (20). The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: compressing an oxidiser comprising oxygen in the compression section (14); in the combustion chamber (20), performing a step involving the pressurised combustion of a mixture comprising the compressed oxidiser and a fuel; using at least one part of the hot gases produced by the pressurised combustion in order to perform an exchange with an external installation (34, 70); and performing at least one step involving the post-combustion of a mixture of the hot gases, which were produced by the aforementioned exchange, and a fuel, such as to obtain hot gases which are conveyed to the expansion section (18, 52, 96) under temperature and pressure conditions similar to those used in the absence of an exchange.
