The accessory is a plate-holder accessory (20) having a respective structure that includes a second series of second supports (21) generally aligned in a longitudinal direction of the accessory (20), wherein the distance between the second supports (21) is greater than the distance between the supports (11, 12) of the at least one first series, the second supports (21) rising with respect to a resting base (22) of the accessory (20), where between adjacent supports (21) of the second series there can be received plates (100, 101) that have to be held in a generally upright position and separated from one another.
