摘要： A playout system for providing playout of fragmented video content is provided. The system includes a non-transitory data store and a processor. The processor is configured to playout content for video origination using a fragmented format. The processor can receive a playlist and generate a plurality of video fragments from source content. A transcoder can process video fragments based on one or more program scheduling requirements from the playlist to generate new video fragments. A manifest is updated to reference the new video fragments. The process can output a video stream based on the new video fragments.

摘要： A method of selectively isolating a target mRNA molecule having its cognate miRNA molecule(s) bound thereto and capable of being separated intact comprises the steps of treating a cell preparation with a crosslinking agent to reversibly fix mRNA molecules and their cognate miRNA molecules in a bound orientation and employing immobilised capture probe means to selectively bind the target mRNA and its bound miRNA. The capture probe means comprises one or more oligonucleotide probes which are substantially complementary to an exposed single stranded loop portion of the target mRNA molecule, wherein the capture probe means selectively binds the target mRNA and its bound miRNA molecules. Further steps include removing unbound material, eluting the isolated target mRNA and its bound miRNA from the support, and optionally quantitatively or qualitatively assaying the miRNA molecules bound to the target mRNA.

摘要： A communication system for a rail vehicle consist includes antenna modules, routing modules, and an arbitration module. The antenna modules are disposed at spaced apart locations along the consist and receive network data from an off-board device. The routing modules are communicatively coupled with the antenna modules and receive the network data from the antenna modules. The routing modules are communicatively coupled with a network connection extending along the rail vehicle consist. The arbitration module is communicatively coupled with the network connection. The arbitration module forms a message represented by the network data. One or more of the routing modules transmits the network data received from the off- board device to the arbitration module over the network connection. The arbitration module receives the network data to form the message and transmits the message to one or more powered units of the rail vehicle consist through the network connection.
