    • Methods and apparatus to provide a handheld pointer-based user interface are described herein. An example apparatus includes a wireless pointer component (140) and one or more base components (150). The wireless pointer component (140) is configured to transmit one or more human-computer interaction (HCI) signals associated with an HCI event via a first communication link (160). One or more base components are operatively coupled to a screen (132) of a display (130) to receive the one; or more HCI signals from the wireless pointer component (140) via the first communication link (160). Further, the one or more base components are configured to generate at least one of operating information and position information of the wireless pointer component (140) based on the one or more HCI signals, and to transmit the at least one of operating information and position information to a processor (120) configured to generate screen information on the screen (132) of the display (130) via a second communication link (170).

    • The present invention relates to a curable organopolysiloxane composition, which comprises: (A) an organocyclosiloxane having alkenyl groups, represented by the following formula (I), wherein n=3, 4 or 5; (B) a hydrosilicone resin of formula (II): (R 1 R 2 R 3 SiO 1/2 ) M ⋅(R 4 R 5 SiO 2/2 ) D ⋅(R 6 SiO 3/2 ) T ⋅(SiO 4/2 ) Q , wherein R 1 to R 5 are identical or different groups selected from organic groups and hydrogen atom, and at least one of R 1 to R 5 is a hydrogen atom directly bonded to a silicon atom, and on average at least two hydrogen atoms directly bonded to silicon atoms are contained in one hydrosilicone resin molecule, R 6 is an organic group identical to or different from R 1 to R 5 , as organic groups R 1 to R 6 may independently be linear/branched alkyl or alkenyl groups having 1-20 carbon atoms or halides thereof; cycloalkyl groups or cycloalkenyl groups having 5-25 carbon atoms or halides thereof; M, T and Q each represents a number ranging from 0 to less than 1, 0 0; and (C) platinum-based catalysts. The present invention also provides a process for preparing transparent silicone resins by hydrosilylation of tetramethyltetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane or trimethyltrivinylcyclotrisiloxane. The silicone resins obtained after curing according to the present invention have good hardness, transparency, UV stability and heat stability.
