    • The present invention relates to a U-virtual center system, comprising: an infrastructure pool which is a service for providing a ubiquitous city (hereinafter referred to as a 'U-city') construction operator with an infrastructure required for constructing an IT infrastructure for a U- city; a platform pool which is a service for providing the U-city construction operator with an integrated platform; and a U-service pool which provides general services, such that the U-city construction operator can use the public services and private services of the U-city. According to the present invention, the U-virtual center system is used in constructing a U-city, and therefore U-city service providers or local governments can remarkably reduce the U-city operating costs and total cost of ownership (TCO) thereof, as IT resource costs such as server costs, center-operating costs, network costs, and the like are charged by the amount of use.

    • The present invention provides a tracheal tube comprising: a hollow tube (100) inserted into the trachea; a first volume expansion portion (10) for encompassing one side of the hollow tube (100); a second volume expansion portion (20) positioned below the first volume expansion portion (10); a first conduit for expanding the first volume expansion portion (10) and the second volume expansion portion (20); and a second conduit for supplying media for sealing (80) to a trachea sealing portion positioned between the first volume expansion portion (10) and the second volume expansion portion (20). The tracheal tube of the present invention can reduce the pressure of two cuffs which are the volume expansion portions, and can effectively improve sealing by supplying media to the trachea sealing portion positioned between the two cuffs. The tracheal tube of the present invention can reduce pulmonary aspiration and can thus considerably prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP). The tracheal tube of the present invention can be applied to all patients who need a tracheal tube, such as a critically ill patient under artificial respiration, a patient who breathes through a tube inserted into a hole formed in the neck, a patient under general anesthesia, and the like.
