摘要： There is a demand for improved turbidimetric immunoassays for human Cystatin C in biological samples, especially in human clinical samples of body fluids. The present invention provides a turbidimetric immunoassay method and reagent set enabling measurement of human Cystatin C by turbidimetric methods, resulting in a surprisingly stronger and faster turbidimetric signal than in the present state of the art. The increased and faster signal is accomplished by the use of new reagents and compositions, and enables shorter assay times and kinetic reading with a stronger signal, improving overall assay speed and quality. Improved robustness to lipid interference and improved linearity is achieved.

摘要： NT-proBNP can be determined in a biological sample using at least one antibody which recognizes an epitope of NT-proBNP in both a glycosylated and non- glycosylated form of NT-proBNP. Said antibody is preferably an isolated polyclonal antibody or a mixture of monoclonal antibodies coated onto a particle, preferably coated onto said particle in a coating ratio of 6 - 60 %, forming a layer or multiple layers of antibodies on said particle. The assay, realized in the form of a nephelometric or turbidimetric assay, can be applied to a wide range of automated clinical analyzers.

摘要： Antibodies against a virus can be detected in a sample using at least one reagent comprising at least one capture molecule immobilized to a particle, which reagent in the presence of such antibodies forms an anti-virus antibody-capture molecule complex, wherein the presence of said complex is qualitatively, quantitatively or semi- quantitatively determined by measuring a signal generated by said complex, said particle is a nanoparticle and said capture molecule is immobilized to said nanoparticle simultaneously with a co-molecule which is smaller than said capture molecule. When the capture molecule is a virus epitope, the co-molecule preferably has a molecular weight in the range of 50 - 1500 Da, wherein said co-molecules when immobilized on said nanoparticle separate the capture molecules so that an average distance between two adjacent capture molecules is greater than a distance between the antigen binding sites of the anti-virus antibody to be detected.
