摘要： In one embodiment, a method includes receives a prediction unit (PU) for a coding unit (CU) of video content. The PU is partitionable into a plurality of PU partition types. The method determines a PU partition type for the PU and a residual tree structure based on the PU partition type for partitioning of the CU into transform units (TUs). The residual tree includes a binary partition of a node into two. A TU partition for the PU partition type is determined based on the residual tree structure and a desired level of partitioning in the residual tree structure. The method then uses the TU partition in a transform operation.

摘要： Devices and methods that allow for applying a wavefront scan to rectangular transform blocks are described herein. Such devices and methods may allow greater efficiencies for entropy coding by enabling parallel processing of transform coefficients. In some embodiments, a method for coding a digital video sequence having a plurality of pictures includes dividing at least one of the plurality of pictures into blocks, performing a rectangular transform on at least one of said blocks to produce one or more transform coefficients, performing quantization on the one or more transform coefficients, and encoding the one or more transform coefficients, one at a time, along a coding scan order, to generate a compressed bitstream. The coding scan order may include a forward wavefront scan order or a reverse wavefront scan order and the quantization may result in producing quantized transform coefficients.

摘要： The present invention relates to a crystal structure of PRL-1 (Phospatase of Regenerating Liver) protein and a method of crystallization thereof. It has 5been found that the PRL-l protein has a tertiary structure having (5) strands of beta-sheet surrounded by (6) alpha-helices and well-arranged active site with closed P-loop, and monomers form a trimer through farnesylation site in the C-terminus of said protein. Thus intra-cellular migration and membrane localization can be achieved. The said crystal structure of PRL-l protein of the present invention is very useful for the development the agent which inhibits carcinogenesis and metastasis of the cancer.

The turbine structure having the flexible joint and the inside stuffing for tidal power plant comprises a base whose a bottom part is on the submarine rock so that a turbine structure between lake and sea which is connected with a gate structure by the medium of a connection structure can be installed as two units of one block; vertical middle walls which are formed on the base, the top of which is closed by a concrete structure wherein a draft tube and a discharge tube by which seawater can move inside; turbine generators which are arranged between the middle walls through the draft tubes; an inside stuffing space which is formed in the middle walls on one side installed in a predetermined distance on the base of the gate structure and filled with seawater; and a flexible joint of connecting the middle walls on the other side.

The pushing member is installed in such a manner that one side thereof abuts against an outer circumference of any one of the dry non-woven fabric roll and the bobbin, the pushing member being adapted to permit the dry non-woven fabric roll and the bobbin to be deviated from their initial position by a predetermined elastic force thereof, which is exerted toward the dry non-woven fabric roll and the bobbin, when the dry non-woven fabric is completely consumed. The sensing member is operated by the pushing member for generating an electric signal when the dry non-woven fabric roll and the bobbin are deviated from their initial position by the pushing member. The display unit is adapted to externally display the state where the dry non-woven fabric roll and the bobbin are deviated from their initial position, when the electric signal is generated from the sensing member.
