摘要： A method of controlling operation of a mobile communication device, comprising: establishing in the device means for controlling its operation in accordance with programmable control conditions; communicating one or more control conditions from a remote server to the device; storing the control conditions in the device; and operating the device in accordance with the stored control conditions; wherein operation of the device comprises using the control conditions to enable or disable the ability of the device to communicate with one or more other communication devices. The mobile communication device includes means for controlling its operation in accordance with programmable control conditions, the means being capable of storing one or more control conditions communicated from a remote server to the device and operating the device in accordance with the stored control conditions, the means using the control conditions to enable or disable the ability of the device to communicate with one or more other communication devices. A system comprises one or more such mobile communication devices and a remote server capable of communicating control conditions to the or each device.
