摘要： The invention relates to a bioreactor system for the pressure stimulation of cells, cell-matrix composites or other biological samples, consisting of a bioreactor and a pressure stimulation device. Said system offers versatile application opportunities in terms of the optimal test parameters for the cultivation or growth of cells or cell-matrix composites and the system is characterised in that the cells or composites are stimulated with a defined or undefined pressure and that the duration and frequency of the pressure stimulation can be freely programmed. The change of medium and sampling take place in a closed system and said system is easy to clean. In addition, the inventive bioreactor system comprises heating and/or cooling elements, pump elements and sensors and regulators for the pH value, temperature and pressure and can run either in perfusion (continuous) mode or batch mode.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a concentrated solution consisting of biological substances such as, e.g. viruses, virus particles, antibodies and proteins, while using a bioreactor system having a filtering unit provided in the form of a membrane or of a membrane system. The yield and the level of the concentration of the unstable biological products are positively influenced by integrating a parameter control unit for depicting different levels of one or more process parameters during the production process. The bioreactor and filtering unit are connected to form a bioreactor system in which, during filtration, the unstable biological substances are cooled and retained in the membrane system, and the filtrate is optionally returned to the bioreactor.
