摘要： Radiation-curable coating compositions for a surface such as a concrete floor, which include at least one multifunctional monomer or oligomer, a polymer, at least one photoinitiator, and one or more tertiary amine compounds containing zero or one crosslinkable double bonds are described and claimed. These coating compositions allow for application of at least about 0.15 mm (6 mil) thickness of the coating composition over an area larger than a UV radiation source, without the formation of wrinkles or buckles following each pass of the UV radiation source in the areas where light leakage from a side light shielding of the UV radiation source results in a very weak radiation intensity. These coating compositions are optionally clear, in addition, a method for coating a surface with a radiation-curable coating composition that results in a smooth cured surface with no wrinkles or buckles formed following each pass of the UV radiation source, and a surface coated with the radiation curable coating compositions of the instant claimed invention are described and claimed.

摘要： Radiation-curable coating compositions for a surface such as a concrete floor, which include at least one multifunctional monomer or oligomer, at least one photoinitiator, at least one glossy band matting agent, and at least one matte band matting agent are described and claimed. These low gloss coating compositions allow for application of the coating composition over an area larger than a UV radiation source, while minimizing the formation of gloss bands or gloss lines that exhibit a different level of gloss in the areas where light leakage from a side light shielding of the UV radiation source results in a very weak radiation intensity, as compared to the areas subjected to high radiation intensity. These low gloss coating compositions are optionally clear topcoat compositions. In addition, a method for coating a surface with a radiation- curable coating composition that results in a cured surface with minimal differences in gloss exhibited following curing by a UV radiation source, and a surface coated with the radiation curable coating compositions of the instant claimed invention are described and claimed.

摘要： A radiation curable coating for a floor comprising: at least one radiation curable oligomer, at least one photoinitiator and at least one reactive diluent monomer, said radiation curable oligomer being selected from the group consisting of Urethane (meth)acrylates, epoxy (meth)acrylates, polyester (meth)acrylates, acrylic (meth)acrylates, and hydrocarbon (meth)acrylates is described and claimed. The composition is capable of undergoing photopolymerization when coated on a floor and when irradiated by a light emitting diode (LED) light, having a wavelength from about 100 nm to about 900 nm, to provide a cured coating on the floor, with the cured coating having an external surface, and the cured coating having a Percent Reacted Acrylate Unsaturation (%RAU) at the external surface of about 60% or greater. Also described and claimed are the process to coat a floor with the LED curable coating for floor and a coated floor where the coating has been cured by application of LED light.

These coating compositions allow for application of at least 0.10 mm (4 mil) thickness of the coating composition over an area larger than a radiation source, without the formation of wrinkles along the shoulder area of each pass of the radiation source in the areas where weak intensity light from a side edge of the radiation source is capable of partially curing only a portion of the coating composition thickness. The coating compositions optionally further comprise one or more tertiary amine compounds comprising zero or one crosslinkabie double bonds, the one or more tertiary amine compounds providing an amine value of at least 7.5 mg KOH per gram of the total radiation-curable resins of the coating composition. In addition, a method for coating a surface, and a surface coated with the radiation curable coating compositions of the instant claimed invention are described and claimed.

摘要： Described herein is a method for coating optical fiber where the coating has been cured by application of a source of monochromatic actinic radiation, such as a light emitting diode, wherein the coating contains a urethane(meth)acrylate oligomer; a (meth)acrylate diluent monomer; a diluent monomer having an electron donating group adjacent to the vinyl group, such as a vinyl ether monomer; and a photoinitiator. Also described are compositions which are capable of undergoing photopolymerization when coated on an optical fiber and when irradiated by a light emitting diode (LED) with improved surface cure and reduced yellowing. Also described are the coated optical fibers produced by such processes and compositions.

The half duplex differential link is a data communication link of two wires that carry one pair of half duplex differential signals, in a communication direction from the SCIM to the KVM switch, the SCIM encodes and transmits full RS-232 signals over the half duplex differential link to the KVM switch, which in turn decodes and restores the RS-232 signals to present same in a desired format. Likewise, in a communication direction from the KVM switch to the SCIM, the KVM switch encodes and transmits the RS-232 signals to the SCIM, which in turn decodes and outputs RS-232 signals to the target device.

摘要： The present invention provides a coated optical fiber having a primary coating and a secondary coating, wherein the primary coating has good microbending resistance and is obtained by curing a composition having high cure speed. In one embodiment, the present invention provides a coated optical fiber comprising: (i) an optical fiber; (ii) a primary coating; and (iii) a secondary coating; wherein (a) said-coated optical fiber has an attenuation increase of less than 0.650 dB/km at 1550nm; (b) said primary coating has a modulus retention ratio after hydrolytic aging of at least 0.5 and/or a glass transition temperature below -35°C; and (c) said primary coating is obtained by curing a primary coating composition having a cure dose to attain 95% of the maximum attainable modulus of less than 0.65 J/cm 2 .
