摘要： The present invention relates to a dental implant set comprising a fixture (4) for insertion into a bore hole arranged in bone tissue having first indexing means (30), a dental component (2) having second indexing means (46) and being adaptable to the fixture (4) in an engaged position where the first and second indexing means mate and in an intermediate position where the dental component (2) and the fixture (4) are in contact with each other but the first and the second indexing means do not mate, and a fixation screw (6) being adapted for fixating the dental component (2) to the fixture, wherein in the intermediate position: a first contacting surface of the fixation screw (6) is arranged to abut a second contacting surface of the dental component (2) and a third contacting surface of the dental component (2) is arranged to abut a fourth contacting surface of the fixture (4), and wherein the dental implant set is arranged such that the maximum capacity to transmit torque is greater between the first and second contacting surfaces than between the third and fourth contacting surfaces, so that when the fixation screw is subject to a torque and an axial force applied by a user, the dental component (2) will rotate with the fixation screw (6). 摘要： The present invention relates to a dental implant assembly, comprising a fixture for insertion into a jawbone which is provided with a first thread with a first thread start, and a dental component which is not axially symmetrical and which is provided at its apical end with a second thread with a second thread start having a rotational position which is known in relation to the asymmetrical shape of the dental component for engagement with the first thread. The fixture is provided with a distinguishable fixture index which has a known rotational position in relation to the first thread start. When the fixture has been inserted into the jawbone and the dental component has been fully installed therein, the rotational orientation of the fixture index in relation to the surrounding anatomy determines the rotational orientation of the asymmetrical shape of the dental component in relation to the surrounding anatomy. The invention also relates to a dental component and to a method of manufacturing a dental component.
