摘要： The present invention relates to a recyclable cylindrical brush made of a plastic cylinder (1), on which holes (2) are opened, of a conical or cylindrical shape, and in which holes bundles (3) of fibers (4) are inserted. Each bundle (3) is heated at its one end and inserted in a cast to obtain a conical terminal (5), which is inserted in a hole (2) that has been respectively heated internally and peripherally on its outer surface. After insertion, the bundle (3) is compressed in the hole (2) and the position is cooled so that a strong assembly is formed. The base (1) may be manufactured from polypropylene, polyethylene or a mixture thereof, while the fibers (4) are made of polypropylene.

摘要： The invention relates to a recyclable annular brush for use in street/floor cleaning vehicles, consisting of an inner ring (1) having longitudinal grooves (2) and junction grooves (9) on their outer surface, while internally it has a configuration to fit on the motion shaft of a vehicle. The outer ring (5) of the brush has tooth configurations (6) on which the cleaning fibers (8) are arranged, while on their inner side elongate protrusions (7) and junction protrusions (10) with various lengths are present. An annular assembly is formed by snapping the elongate protrusions (7) with the longitudinal grooves (2), while each assembly is connected to an adjacent one, due to the junction grooves (9) and junction protrusions (10), to form cylindrical brushes with more densely or less densely distributed fibers. The brush may be manufactured exclusively from plastic, ensuring its recyclability.
