摘要： The weight and distribution of the coating material applied to a moving steel strip, extracted from a bath of molten zinc, are advantageously controlled by combined action of magnetic forces that are induced in a layer of coating by means of a non- continuous magnetic field and a jet of gas. The synergistic effect of the electromagnetic forces and the jet of gas enables removal of the coating material in excess, prevention of a premature solidification of the coating layer in the area of impact of the gas, and prevention at the same time of any oscillation of the strip. Thanks to the jointed action of the magnetic forces and of the gas jets a uniform coating is obtained.

摘要： The following invention relates to an injector-burner for applications in the metalwork field, in particular for use in electric arc furnace melting processes having a frontal head with two series of holes arranged in two concentric crowns, the inner crown of holes used to feed fuel and the outer crown used to supply a supporter of combustion. A central hole is also provided, which is fitted with an oxygen injection nozzle. The holes of the two crowns are divided into groups separated by circular sectors without holes, in order to create a number of flames and are inclined in such a way as to give the gases supplied, and consequentially the flame generated, a rotation around the injector-burner axis. By regulating the flow-rates of the fuel and the supporter of combustion supplied to the various holes, the injector-burner is able to regulate the flame shape in burner mode and also in injection mode, thus guaranteeing optimum performance in all modes.

摘要： A continuous annealing and pickling process of flat cold-rolled products, such as stainless steel strips, to obtain a high surface quality product at high production rates and with a low environmental impact. It comprises the following steps: heating, up to a temperature comprised in the range 650-1050°C, in an atmosphere with an oxygen content comprised in the range from 0,5 to 12%; heating for a time comprised from 10 to 200 sec up to a temperature comprised in the range from 650 to 1200°C in presence of oxidizing agents and/or inert agents; cooling down to temperatures comprised in the range from 650° C to ambient temperature in presence of oxidizing agents and/or inert agents; thermochemical or electrolytic descaling and finally possible pickling and/or passivation, by means of the use of pickling baths consisting of mineral acid solutions.
